End-to-end operations automation for a dairy-genetics production facility in Pakistan: sensors, control and live dashboards for Dairy and Beef Solutions Ltd.
The work
A sexed-semen production facility has little tolerance for drift. Temperature, timing and traceability all have to hold, and they have to hold overnight.
We worked across the whole stack: instrumenting the line, building the control logic, and putting live dashboards in front of the people responsible for the process, so a problem shows up as a number moving rather than as a failed batch.
